Stars of Tomorrow Calling all kids!

STARS OF TOMORROW is  a summer theater program for young people ages 6–14. Taught by a wide array of instructors from music and theater education, community theater, and working professional actors, this exciting and fun-filled program offers kids an introduction to a wide variety of theater arts including singing, dancing, acting, set and costume design, hair and make-up, and stage combat.

A weeklong, HALF-DAY program (9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.) for ages 6 to 14, STARS OF TOMORROW culminates in an on-stage performance by participants on Friday at 1:00 p.m.

* Explore the arts of acting, movement & music
* Discover how to costume a character & design a set
* Uncover tips for make-up and hair design
* Learn safe techniques in the art of STAGE COMBAT!

All activities take place at the historic Newtown Theatre, 120 N. State Street, Newtown, PA 18940.

The 2019 Stars or Tomorrow ran from July 15-19.
