Newtown Arts Company Annual Scholarship Program

Newtown Arts Company awards scholarships each spring to graduating high school seniors who are pursuing higher education in the performing or fine arts. To date, over $100,000 in scholarships has been awarded to qualified students through an audition process.

Twenty-five percent of proceeds from shows and 100% of proceeds from other fundraising initiatives are dedicated to scholarships. Newtown Arts Company’s membership in the Newtown Community Foundation helps to assure that its mission of providing financial support for young artists will continue into the future.

How to Apply for a Scholarship

Check back for details on the 2014 awards. To be eligible for a scholarship, you must be a graduating high school senior who has applied to or has already been accepted by an institution of postsecondary education. If your application is accepted, you will be scheduled for an audition before a selection committee. For more information, call 215-860-7058 or e-mail info@newtownartscompany.com.
