DEATH TAKES A HOLIDAY. Newtown Arts Company—Auditons Thursday, June 24, 2010, 7PM at Newtown United Methodist Church, Liberty and Greene Streets, Newtown PA and Saturday, June 26, 2010, 9AM at Newtown Theater, 120 North State St., Newtown, PA. Director Jim Banar seeks 7 men (ages 25-75) and 6 women (ages 18-55). Performances are October 14-20. ALDA is a woman of whose manner suggests a restrained restlessness and hunger (Age 25-35)
DUKE a man with an air of good health and good breeding (Age 40-50)
STEPHANIE is a dark, rather mysterious looking woman with a rich, husky voice (Age 40-50)
PRINCESS is a fair, sweet woman, maternal and solicitous (Age 40-55)
BARON CESARFA is bluff and red-cheeked, with a merry eye. (Age 65-75)
RHODA is a handsome, straightforward English girl (Age 20-30)
CORRADO is beautifully mannered young man (Age 20-30)
ERIC is a tall, intelligent-looking Englishman (Age 20-35)
GRAZIA is a lovely young girl, charming and gentle, but oddly remote (Age 18-25)
PRINCE SIRKI (SHADOW) A man of distinguished appearance with the pleasantly modulated voice of a man of the world (Age 30-40)
MAJOR WHITEHEAD is a distinguished soldier (Age 40-50)
FEDELE the house butler (appears variously, few lines)
